Susannah Walker graduated with High Distinction from The New York School Of Interior Design, with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Interior Design. She apprenticed for a well-known design firm in Palm Springs, California, where she obtained hands-on experience, and then conquered her first design job on her own, creating a 4000 square foot Plantation style residence. Moving back to Vancouver in 1999, Susannah launched Susannah Walker Interiors Inc., and found herself juggling up to three large projects at once, mainly in Vancouver and Whistler, but also in New York, Miami and again in Palm Springs. Her first assignment back in Vancouver, a 3500 square foot waterfront townhouse, had her work immediately published in Western Living and Style At Home.

Susannah Walker has been designing quality interiors for some of the finest homes in Vancouver and other parts of Canada and the United States for more than ten years. Her work has been featured in many national publications, and on Lynda Reeve's Canadian House and Home television show. Testimonials from past clients attest to her broad range of styles, her dedication to creating unique homes, and her successful business relationships.

Inspired by history, simplicity and quality, Susannah's personal style evolves constantly through inspiration of architecture and design, travel and nature. Her style and whimsical approach to interior design are reflected in her personal manifesto. In order to remain current in the world of design, Susannah reserves time for following design trends and maintains strong relationships with showrooms and trades throughout North America.
